Jette Loona Hermanis performance "Endling"

On January 15 and 16 at 19.00, we invite you to experience the performance "Endling" by Jette Loona Hermanis in the Riga Art space.

The performance revolves around a creature named Endling, a lonely being who is the last survivor of their species or sub-species, hence their death would mean the extinction of that species or sub-species. Endling expresses loneliness and yearns for companionship, creating situations that may satisfy their yearnings in an apocalyptically surreal environment.

Jette Loona Hermanis is a performance artist, choreographer and performer. She is a choreography graduate of SNDO (School for New Dance Development) in Amsterdam, but currently calls Tallinn and Riga her home. Jette's works, including the award-winning performance 'Eden Detail', animates the body through a digital veil.

!!! Please note that stroboscopic lights and smoke will be used in the performance. Also, the content of the performance may not be suitable for children.

Tickets for the performance can be purchased at www.bilesuparadize.lv, at the ticket office of "Biļešu paradīze", as well as at the ticket office of the exhibition hall "Rīgas art space" on the evening of the performance.
